Workday Customer Experience Center

Reimagining the Customer Experience Center in our Pleasanton Headquarters was a labor of love for everyone involved. From the moment a customer walked into the space, we wanted them to feel like they’re in the right place by putting our brand, culture, and values on display on our Welcome Wall.

Key to the redesign was bringing the Innovation Wall to life. Part multimedia exhibit, part museum, part customer showcase, the experiential wall took guests through the history of Workday’s journey from its founding to the present day. Guests can view photos and mementos from the company’s founding at Jax Diner, interact with a customer diorama to learn what value Workday can bring to their business, play with a Plinko board to donate to philanthropic causes Workday supports, spin the globe to view Workday offices from around the world, watch our Super Bowl commercial, commemorate their visit by picking up a Club Med postcard, and much more.

In the middle of the Customer Experience Center, we featured three distinct customer activations. Guests could choose to recline in a first-class Korean Air cabin, take the wheel at a McLaren racing simulator, or share an Instagram moment in an oversized PUMA sneaker.

The Forward Thinkers Hallway showcased our customers—the visionaries partnering with us to drive transformation in their industry.

Finally, a Multifunction Room served as a place where our customers can dive deeper into experiencing our products through hands-on demos, watch a video on the Workday Platform, and interact with four Workday experts by asking questions to discover more about our Platform for Possibilities.
