For a year at LinkedIn, I took on the role of Creative Lead supporting the Consumer Marketing business. In that role, I helped write content for our mobile and web interfaces including interaction flows, product tours, and more. Our latest desktop redesign involved a content scrub of more than 296 pages, countless flows, and infinitely more post-its. If there was text, I wrote, edited, or reviewed it including onboarding, menu labels, empty state messages, error messages, notifications, hover tips, modals, and more across the entire LinkedIn experience.
